Absolute Poker/Ultimate Bet Super User scandal. 

Ultimate Bet's 'mistake' in awarding a huge pot to the wrong player (Phil Helmuth).This comes after their involvement in the Super User Scandal. They describe the event as a 'glitch in the software'. Maybe all of the game-play manipulation that I am convinced is occurring on most sites are just software glitches! What do you think? 

Full Tilt's refund to a player who had been the victim of cheating. I have to wonder why they were not more open and forthcoming with the details of their investigation.
